Do you need my Google password?
No, and we never ask for one. We only read what is already public on your listing: the photos, the reviews, your hours and your phone number. The same things a customer sees when they look you up.
What if I don't like what you build?
Change it or walk away, and neither one costs you anything. Nothing goes on the internet until you press publish, so you can look at the whole thing first and decide it isn't for you.
I'm not good with computers.
You type your business name and your city, that's all we need from you. After that, changing something on the site is as simple as tapping the thing you want to change and typing over it. Don't worry, you don't need any tech experience to use this.
Somebody fills in the form. Then what?
We email you their name, number and what they wrote, straight away, so you can get back to them while they are still deciding. Every one of them is also saved on your dashboard, so a message never lives only in an inbox you were too busy to open.

What am I paying for?

We buy the domain, point it at your site and keep it renewed. Building the site and changing it are free whether you ever pay us or not.
Will it get me found on Google?
It's built for it. Everything you offer gets its own page, and the details Google reads are filled in properly. Nobody can promise you a ranking. The fastest thing you can do is free: put your new link on the Google listing you already have.
What if my business isn't on Google?
You still get the same website. Press "Build without Google" under the button, tell us what you do and where you are, and we build it from that instead of from a listing.
