1. Information We Collect

When you build a website, we collect the business details you type in and the public details of the Google listing you pick. When you claim a site, we collect your name, email address and phone number.

When somebody fills in the form on your published website, we collect what they typed: their name, phone number, email address and message.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Contrasite is for business owners, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use it to build and run your website, to send you the inquiries it receives, to take payment, to answer you when you contact us, and to keep the service working and free of abuse. If you agreed to text messages, we use your phone number for those messages and nothing else.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the companies that help us build and run the service, and each gets only what it needs to do its job. We also use an advertising tool on this website.

4. Text Messaging and Your Consent

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at gozie@contrasite.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Email Communications

We email you your sign-in codes, the leads from your website, and updates about your subscription. We also send occasional news about Contrasite, which you can stop by emailing gozie@contrasite.com.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no service can promise it is impossible to break into.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep your website and your leads for as long as you have an account with us, including after a subscription stops. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gozie@contrasite.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you ask us to delete everything, we close your account and erase what we hold within 30 days, apart from records we have to keep by law, such as proof of the payments you made.

If we change this policy, the new version applies from the day it appears here.
